This is an antique early Taisho Era (c.1912) Aochibu Kutani Charger Japanese ceramic depicting a scene from the Kamakura era 1300 of a female samurai or Onna-musha (女武者). Raised details indicative of the Aochibu style can be seen in the pictures. This Charger has a companion piece as well.
